Why we started KAID
KAID Assurance was started with one idea: people deserve straight answers about insurance. Too many families and business owners buy coverage they do not understand, or pay more than they need to because no one compared their options.
As an independent agency, we are not tied to one insurance company. We listen first, compare several companies, and explain each option in plain language. Then we stay with you for policy changes, claims questions and a review before every renewal.
We are a small team, and that is on purpose. When you call, you reach someone who already knows your policies, not a call center reading a script.
